Learn how to quickly get started on TyleIQ so that you can create, publish, and analyze the performance of your Tyles.

Step 1: Complete your account setup (5 mins)

Our registration process is quick and seamless. A complete profile ensures a personalized experience and also keeps your account secure.

  1. Register: If you haven’t already, start by creating your free account. 
  2. Check Your Profile: Once logged in, navigate to Account > Profile to ensure your details are correct.
  3. Review our plans: Head over to Account > Plans & Usage to see the plans we have available, plus our promotions and discounts. You can sign-up to a plan right away, or choose one later.

Step 2: Create your first Tyle (5-10 mins)

Now for the fun part – creating your first Tyle! Our simple workflow makes it easy, even if you’re new to content publishing.

Consider your objectives: What is the primary goal of this Tyle?

  • Analytical: Gather metrics and data about how your audience uses your webpage, content, buttons, links, etc.
  • Informational: Display important messages and alerts.
  • Call to action: Drive visitors to your website or a specific landing page.
  • Brand consistency: Show the same content across multiple websites.

Check out these use cases for more examples.

  1. Visit your Dashboard: The dashboard is where all of your Tyles are managed in a single and informative location. The top navigation bar makes it easy to find.
  2. From your Dashboard, click the Create New Tyle button.
  3. Name your Tyle: The name of your Tyle is private and can be anything you like. For example:
    • “Brand refresh”
    • “Product recall”
    • “New feature awareness”
  4. Choose a format: Select either Text / HTML, or image. We offer a number of image sizes that match standard advertising units.
    • For image Tyles:
      • Upload your media: If you selected an image format, you’ll then be asked to upload your media file. For best results, your image should be the same size as the selected image format. Also, optimized images are best to ensure they are fast for your audience to download.
      • Optionally, enter the landing page link (URL) where you want to send users who click on your Tyle.
    • For text/HTML, enter your content/code: 
      • Please remember to keep your HTML as simple as possible to ensure your Tyle is rendered correctly on all modern web browsers and mobile devices. 
      • For security reasons, JavaScript is not permitted at this time.
  5. Schedule: Set a start and end date for your Tyle. Enter a date far in the future to let it run continuously.
  6. Review: Check your Tyle’s content and settings to ensure everything is correct.
  7. Click the Create Tyle button to save your Tyle.

Done! Your first Tyle has been created. You can go back and make changes at any time via your Dashboard by clicking the pencil icon.

If you already have an active plan, your Tyle is ready to be published using the unique code snippet provided. If you need to choose a plan, continue to the next step. 

Step 3: Choose a plan (5-10 mins)

Start by estimating the number of impressions and clicks you need across all of your Tyles. Remember, you can create as many Tyles as you like under any plan.

All plans come with an allowance for impressions and clicks. Both are included for the same price. See our plans.

For example, if you have:

  • Tyle #1 published on a web page that receives 5,000 impressions per month, and 
  • Tyle #2 published on a web page that receives 10,000 impressions per month 

Then, we recommend choosing a plan that offers at least 15,000 impressions per month.

Next, choose whether you would like to purchase a capped number of impressions and clicks (Pay-as-you-go plan), or a recurring subscription that comes with a monthly allowance of impressions and clicks (monthly plan).

Monthly plans incur overage charges if you exceed the monthly allowance of either impressions or clicks. 

For the greatest level of cost certainty, or if you are new to the TyleIQ platform, we recommend starting with a pay-as-you-go plan to help with estimating your actual traffic needs.

Finally, select the plan that suits your goals and budget. Use our plan selector tool to quickly find the perfect plan for you (and some great offers and discounts!).

When you click the “Buy Now” button, you’ll be asked to enter your credit card information. We use Stripe to ensure the safety and security of your payment information.
